This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, your personal health data, profile, and device integrations cannot be recovered. Please make sure you have exported any data you wish to keep before submitting a deletion request.

1 Delete In-App (Recommended)

Delete directly from the MitaRev Health app

If you have access to the app, this is the fastest way to delete your account:

  1. Open the MitaRev Health app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Account
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.

2 Request via Email

Send a deletion request to our privacy team

Email us at with the subject line and include the following information:

  • Your registered email address
  • Your full name

We will confirm receipt of your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.


What Data Is Affected

Permanently Deleted

  • Personal profile (name, email, date of birth)
  • All health data (GKI readings, health scores)
  • Protocol history and schedules
  • Device integrations (Cronometer, Whoop, KetoMojo)
  • Cohort memberships
  • Account credentials

Retained (Limited Period)

  • Billing records — up to 7 years (financial regulations)
  • Anonymised, aggregated health data — research purposes only (cannot be linked back to you)
  • HIPAA audit logs — up to 6 years (HIPAA requirements)

All retained data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable regulations. Retained data cannot be used to identify you personally.
